🧢 1. How does your shop work?

We work with the print-on-demand principle: Each product is individually printed only after you place your order. This way, we avoid overproduction and offer you a constantly growing, creative range.


🚚 2. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping throughout Germany is a flat rate of €4.99 – no matter how many items you order.


⏱️ 3. How long does shipping take?

All products are produced after your order. Delivery time is typically 5–21 business days . In return, you'll receive freshly printed retro originals, not mass-produced items.


✅ 4. How do I know if my order was successful?

After successfully completing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email . If you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder.


🔐 5. Is payment secure with you?

Yes! All payments are encrypted and processed securely through certified payment providers . Your data is protected with us.


💸 6. When will my account be debited?

Your account will be charged immediately after completing your order , as the product is made individually for you.


📦 7. Is there shipment tracking?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the delivery status at any time.


🧾 8. Is there a right of return?

Since our products are printed specifically for you, there is no general right of return . Returns are only possible if:

  • your item is damaged

  • you received the wrong product

In this case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.


📩 9. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please send us a photo of the item and your order number to info@retrofolks.com – we will quickly review the case and send you a replacement if necessary.


🛍️ 10. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible within the first hour of placing your order . After that, your product will go directly into production. Please contact us immediately.


📏 11. What sizes do you offer?

You can find the available sizes directly on each product page. There's also a size chart there. If you're between two sizes, we recommend the larger one.


🎨 12. Can I upload my own designs?

Our products are curated—but if you have a creative idea, feel free to drop us a line! Perhaps your suggestion will become part of the Retrofolks collection.
